Robin Collings
CEO
Robin is a Creative Event Producer, Promoter, Designer and Production Manager specialising in large scale outdoor events, digital culture and virtual events as well as set, stage and venue design.
As founder and director of Shangrila at Glastonbury, Robin has helped to shape the way that festival culture is perceived and raising the expectations of the audience.
Having been the Head of production at Boomtown for the last 7 years, Robin is at home delivering complex, large scale and multi stakeholder, creative projects from concept to delivery.

Kaye has been pushing the boundaries of the archetypal festival experience using Shangri-la and its predecessor Lost Vagueness as a vast outdoor gallery for intimate and large scale artworks and interactive immersive experiences.
Kayes work combines visual and performance art, music, light, sound and AV to create fully enveloping worlds.
Previously to Shangri-La, she was the creative director of The Laundrettas (2003-2009) An all-female immersive theatre company that toured nationally with its 1950’s style Launderette/Beauty Parlour/Theatrical Party. She was also a core member of the Invisible Circus in Bristol as Art Director, Costume/Set Designer and Performer.

Chris has been working in unique parts of the music and events industry for over 30 Years.
He created Continental Drifts which has one many National Awards, and received a MBE for services to festivals.
Drifts usually organises events for over 1 Million people annually. But what makes them different is the breadth of gigs and depth of cultural knowledge.
From running over 27 stages a year, to Carnivals for 140 Thousand people, to presenting in excess of 500 new acts annually.
Drifts have been creating super atmospheres and events almost from the inception of this iteration of UK Festival culture .
The networks and contacts across the Globe that Chris has are vast and useful to the project.
Fiona Mcgarva

Fiona is an expert communicator with 20-years-experience specialising in entertainment and culture. She founded Sundae Communications in 2011 following a career taking in some of the UK’s major international broadcasters and independent television producers, including the BBC, Nickelodeon, ITV and Lime Pictures.
Sundae’s portfolio takes in TV, film, festivals, venues and events working nationally and internationally, with clients including Channel 4, ATG Music and Comedy, the BBC, Creative England, Universal Pictures, the BFI and Shangri-La Glastonbury.
Fiona also co-founded Design Manchester, the cultural organisation that delivers the DM series of international festivals, celebrating design and creativity, now in its eighth year.
John Owens

John’s work spans many disciplines and sectors with strong emphasis on brand, strategy and creative direction. He specialises in experiential design with a background in architecture/regeneration and interactive design, this has led me to curate and design for exhibitions and installations around the world.
John’s passion for sharing has led him to set up and co-curate 'Design Manchester' a week long festival of design in collaboration with The Manchester School of Art, Arts Council and Manchester City Council which is now in it's seventh year and attracts over 80,000 people into the city to discover design every year.

Ollie Rankin is a creative technology pioneer, award-winning director and an activist for diversity, fairness and sustainability.
Two decades at the forefront of the global visual effects industry, from The Lord of the Rings to Alice Through the Looking Glass primed Ollie for the creative and technical demands of virtual reality.
As well as being the technical architect of Lost Horizon, he writes and directs interactive VR films and was recently inducted into the exclusive Unreal Virtual Production Fellowship.

For the last 25 years Ed has been immersed in music business and culture. Graduating from regional promoter to head of A&R at the Music Week award-winning Dance Label of the Year, he has a track record of building brands, communities and careers. This combination and awareness of trends in the business saw Ed transition from running record labels to co-founding one of the world’s first download stores just as the industry went digital. Running the project for nearly a decade he was immersed in the critical evolution of technology which has impacted how we all consume music and entertainment. For the last decade Ed has distilled this experience into a successful career managing artists, working with the biggest electronic acts in the world such as Claptone, Maceo Plex and Joris Voorn amongst others.
